We compete at national level as well as club level at places like Sheffield, Derbyshire, Leeds, Middlesbrough and Newcastle including a beach/sea competition near Newcastle.
We also attend training days run by the GB lifesaving coach. These are normally at Leeds International Pool and are an all day event.
