New Member to the team!

We would like to welcome and congratulate Emma Downing on becoming our new RLSS secretary of the club. She will be the head of the lifesaving section, taking on a lot of responsibility. We would like to wish her the best of luck for the team and herself and wish them many successes in the forthcoming galas.

Important Notice!

We are currently struggling with volunteers on the poolside. If you would like to become involved in helping children to learn to swim we would be grateful. It is the volunteers that hold the club together, without them we would not have a club. So if you are a parent that watches from the balcony would you like to see yourself as part of our team?

Even if you have as little as half an hour to spare, all will help. The club will provide a black poloshirt which is to be worn when on the poolside so that the children and parents are able to recognise who is part of the teaching and coaching team. If you would like to gain teaching, coaching or lifeguarding qualifications then the club will help you attend courses and subsidise so of the course cost.
