Edlington Amateur Swimming Club has a very strong competitive squad and provides training and opportunities for swimmers of all abilities to compete at the highest level. July 2013 saw the introduction of a new Skills Development Programme.

Edlington Amateur Swimming Club has also helped to produce two world champion swimmers in disability events.

Edlington ASC’s keen lifesaving section gives the chance for our swimmers to make use of their aquatic skills in a diverse but essential activity whilst teaching them vital lifesaving skills.

Edlington ASC emphasise the importance of fun and friendship with social events for parents and swimmers throughout the year that helps to create a sense of belonging to something worthwhile.
